Project Grad Night is organized to provide a fun, safe, drug free, alcohol free and smoke free celebration for our graduates....

              GRAD NIGHT MEETING MINUTES JANUARY 27^th, 2010 

GRAD NIGHT LOTTERY: Monies and unsold tickets were collected at the meeting. Additional monies and tickets can STILL be dropped off in the High School Library with Rene Reberry through FRIDAY FEB 5^th. All unsold tickets MUST be returned!!! Lottery drawings will begin MONDAY FEB.1st . Seniors selling all 10 assigned tickets will be entered into a drawing for $100.00 held on Friday’s in the H.S. office. Drawings on Feb. 12^th and Feb. 19^th will be held during HALF TIME at the basketball games.

All lottery winnings will be mailed out every day during the month of February.

Please check the Grad Night Web Site for the names of winners on a weekly basis.

CHILI BINGO DINNER-AUCTION: Saturday Feb. 6 ^th  2010  F.O.P. Hall  Leavenworth Rd. Dinner served from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.  Bingo from 7:00 to ?????

TICKETS ON SALE NOW $10.00 each and available at the door. Contact Diane Selbe 913-334-9926 or Bea Lewis 913-334-6741. Must be 21 to attend. Beer Served.

Volunteers needed beginning at 5:00 p.m. A list was made of people who could donate food and beverage products. AUCTION ITEMS ARE STILL NEEDED FOR THE RAFFLE !!!!! 

BRICK SALES: A new location has been accepted for our engraved bricks. An area outside, on the north side of the gym, between the gym and the Community Ed. Building is our new location for brick placement.   New brochure’s are being printed up now for ongoing sales.  Dates for the brick placement to begin are still being determined. DONATIONS: the piper Booster Club donated $500.00 to our Grad Night Fundraiser. A big “THANK YOU” to them for all of their help and support throughout the year. 

FUTURE FUNDRAISERS:  Spring Golf Tournament Arrangements have begun.

TRASH BAGS:  There are about 180 rolls of Yellow Trash Bags left for sale. They will be sold during the Piper Optimists Basketball games Sat. and Sun.  January 30 and 31^st at   Piper Elementary School.  Please contact Michelle Papageorgiou 913-787-2143. Help is needed with sales and times during the games. You can also purchase bags from Deb Smit  913-908-4093.
